This rug was created using the technique of machine tufting with a hand-wrapped edge. This finish allows the rug to be rolled or folded without the risk of the backing layer peeling off. Due to the hand-gluing of the pile and the edge wrapping, the rug may have a slight waviness along the border - a natural feature of its handmade process.
